KOLOKYTHOKEFTEDES
Ingredients 1 kilo (2lb 3 oz.) pumpkin 2 onions graded 3 cloves garlic graded 2 eggs 1 cup of flour 2 soup-spoons of spearmint salt to taste pepper to taste oil for frying IMPLEMENTATION Shred the pumpkin with a grater. Add all ingredients and mix well. Pre-heat oil in the frying pan, and then use a soup spoon to place mixture in frying pan. The Kolokythokeftedes are ready as soon as they brown, optionally we may add a cup of feta or any yellow cheese to the mixture before frying. Good luck! Click to go back
