ANEK Ferry ‘Preveli’ will connect Karpathos with Piraeus and Rhodes

It was announced today by the ANEK Ferry Line that its ferry boat ‘Preveli,' will connect Kaso, Karpathos and Chalki, with Piraeus and Rhodes. ‘Preveli’ will replace the ferry ‘Milena,’ after it was demanded by the residents and the institutions of the islands Karpathos and Kaso. A letter was sent to the Prime Minister, asking his intervention in order to replace the unreliable and un-sea worthy, as they characterized the ferry boat of the G.A. Ferries. According to the announcement the ‘Preveli’ will carry out the following schedule every Tuesday and Friday as follows:
Departs the port of: Piraeus at 18:00, Santorini at 01:55, Anafi at 03:45, Kosos at 08:30 (the next day), Pigadia Karpathos at 10:25, Diafani Karpathos at 11:35, Chalki at 13:50, and arrives Rhodes at 15:40. The ‘Preveli’ returns to Piraeus each Thursday and Sunday and departs from the following ports: Rhodes at 07:00, Chalki at 09:20, Diafani Karpathos at 11:35, Pigadia Karpathos at 13:00, Kasos at 14:45, Anafi at 19:25, Santorini at 21:30 and arrives Piraeus at 04:50(the next morning).
